Burning Flame has worked with Singular on the design of the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platform, dedicated to the management of the Human Resources department of the company.

The web platform, based on our customized version of the Laravel framework, allows Singular to publish job postings on their company websites through responsive web pages. Using the web app, the candidates can create a profile and send their applications for the open positions.

The staff of the company can access to the web platform and review the applications received, plan interviews, upload the feedbacks collected during the rounds and manage the employees data.

The platform is also used for all aspects linked to administration and staff management, including the upload of employment contracts and career development tracking.
