The Meditel multi-specialty center is a medical facility with offices in Saronno and Rovellasca. It is a reference point in the Varesotto area for medical care services.

Burning Flame and the Meditel Communication Office collaborated for the design of the new website and the native iOS and Android app. Both projects were carried out to support the important growth of the medical center in terms of services, specialists and reservations.

The graphic interface was designed with a mobile first approach, with mobile devices as the main touch point, paying particular attention to the management of contents.

The editorial area of the site, managed through the WordPress CMS (Content Management System), includes services, exams, teams and news, in which SEO (Search Engine Optimization) positioning is guaranteed by dedicated optimization.

The site allows users to book visits and exams in a few seconds through a guided form, equipped with uploading the photo of the medical referral, which allows to speed up the acquisition of information.

The second step was the design and development of the native iOS and Android app, available for free on the App Store and Google Play.

The application allows users to quickly book visits and exams from smartphones, check previous bookings, view specialists cards and get news from Meditel.

The app, based on the React Native framework, is backed by a Laravel back office, which allows operators to manage the confirmation and cancellation of reservations received, through a tailor-made process supported by push notifications.
